Program Manager building AI-enabled delivery for enterprise Agile transformation.
I lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise data platform and digital transformation programs, working with executive stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align technology investment with business outcomes. My background spans eight years as a Scrum Master at Novo Nordisk and delivery and platform-operations roles at L&T Infotech, Mphasis, Oracle, and Tech Mahindra, across Scaled Agile (SAFe), program governance, and — more recently — AI-enabled delivery practices built on Azure DevOps and Copilot.
